Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you.
If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.
You can mail back items (at your expense), or you can bring them to our Sundre Location (2, 605 Main Ave E Sundre, AB) during regular business hours, AFTER you have emailed us at email@example.com and received a Return Authorization email.
We do not offer refunds.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to sale. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we are genuinely sorry. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
FINAL SALE ITEMS
We CANNOT take back an item that has been worn, even if it has been worn for a short amount of time. Any items that have been worn cannot be returned.
FINAL SALE items that can’t be returned include:
- All items in our “SALE” section
- Jewelry & Hair Accessories
- Face Masks
- Hats, Mittens & Toques
- Sunglasses & Blue Light Glasses
- Towels, Blankets, Pillowcases, Cups and/or Tumblers
- Bodysuits & Intimates
- Gift Certificates
Above items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
